WVU wrestler Donnie Jones is looking to make an imprint on what could be his final season as a Mountaineer.

West Virginia University junior middle blocker Lauren Evans earned all-BIG EAST second team honors, announced by the conference office.

After opening the season on November 15th with a 83-60 victory over Loyola University of Maryland, head men’s basketball Coach Bob Huggins had his fair share of obstacles to overcome during his team’s nine-day break.

Whether it's the power of Bob Huggins or West Virginia's recent success in the NCAA tournament, the Mountaineer basketball team is having no problem in racking up appearances in prestigious holiday tournaments.

Rutgers continues to give out offers for the 2011 class, and recently the Scarlet Knights offered one of the Treasure Coast's top juniors. The player is 6-foot-6, 290 pounds and plays both offensive tackle positions and defensive end. He already has a few handfuls of offers, and said he watched the "beating" Rutgers put on South Florida last week on national television.
