SPOKANE, Wash. - The USC women's basketball team suffered a tough road loss to Gonzaga Thursday night in front of 3,206 Bulldog fans at McCarthey Athletic Center, 70-58. The Trojans struggled to convert on offense, shooting just 29 percent for the game. Gonzaga's Vivian Frieson scored 22 points on 10-15 shooting for the Bulldogs. USC's Ashley Corral led all scorers with 23 points, 14 of which came in the second half. Despite her efforts, the Women of Troy fell short, dropping the Trojans to 1-2 on the season, while Gonzaga improved to 2-1.
