NORMAN — The ink is dry on the 2010 signing class, but the majority of the class won’t arrive on campus until the summer.

OU’s 2009 recruiting class, however, has been in Norman for almost a year now.

Six named to watch list Six players from the state as well as two out-of-state players committed to state schools were named to the ESPN 150 watch list for the 2011 class.

Tulsa Washington’s Isaac Bennett, Edmond Memorial’s Kameron Doolittle, Sallisaw’s Garrett Gladd, Duncan’s Dominique Petties, Southmoore’s Kendal Thompson and Millwood’s Josh Turner were on the list.

Kameel Jackson, a wide receiver from Arlington, Texas, who is committed to OU, and J.W. Walsh, a quarterback from Denton, Texas, who is committed to OSU, were also on the list.

The list eventually will be narrowed to 150 and ranked.

Tulsa Central’s Demarco Cobbs was No.

Oklahoma begins the second half of Big 12 play when it hosts Texas Tech Tuesday at 7 p.m. CST. The Sooners are 11-0 at home this year and have won 31 of their last 32 in Norman. Texas Tech, coming off an 81-74 home win over Oklahoma State on Saturday, is 0-4 in Big 12 road contests. Tuesday's game will air on the Sooner Radio Network with Bob Barry Sr. and Mike Houck calling the action. It will be televised by the Big 12 Network with Mitch Holthus, Bryndon Manzer and Melissa Knowles announcing.
