Senior Andy DeKeuster (pictured) and junior Jonathan Bowers have been named Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).

With the 2009 volleyball season just around the corner, the Northwestern coaching staff is inviting area high school coaches to a drill clinic on Saturday, Aug. 15, at Welsh-Ryan Arena -- the home court of the Wildcats. Head coach Keylor Chan and assistant coaches Kirstine Jensen and Aaron Smith will host the three-hour session, focused solely on drills.

With the 2009-10 sports season right around the corner, Northwestern has opened membership to the 2009-10 Wildcat Kids' Club. With two valuable packages to choose from, kids in the 8th grade and under can join the club for a great Wildcat experience. The Wildcat Kids' Club unites members with other Wildcat fans and creates interactive, fun-filled experiences for them with their favorite student-athletes.

Josh Gasser continues to attract attention on the basketball court, as more and more schools join Northwestern in the quest for his services. But in a recent conversation with Purple Reign, Gasser and his coach talked about the guard's annual sabbatical from hoops, when he leaves the hardwood to quarterback the football team.
