Navy Midshipmen

The 12th-ranked and top-seeded Navy water polo team breezed past Iona, 15-11, in the quarterfinals of the CWPA Eastern Tournament. The win improves Navy to 21-8 overall and was the Mids' 10th in a row.

The 14th-ranked Navy squash team will look to extend its six-match winning streak when it plays host to No. 8 Dartmouth Saturday at 11:00 am at the Halsey Field House International Squash Courts. Navy owns a 12-1 record heading into the weekend after posting a 6-0 record in the tournament in which the Mids played host to last weekend. Meanwhile, Saturday marks the season-opener for the Big Green.

Buffalo held Navy to just 30.8 percent from the field and outlasted the Mids, 63-53, in Navy's home opener on Thursday night at Alumni Hall. The loss drops Navy's record to 1-2 overall, while Buffalo improved to 1-1.
