The Golden Bears (11-8-1) now face No. 1-seed and host Florida State (17-4-1) at the Seminole Soccer Complex on Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. PST.

Jacob Wilson scored his first goal of the season at an opportune time, giving California a 1-0 upset of No. 13/17 Stanford to close out the regular season on Saturday night at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium in Stanford, Calif. The senior defender scored in the 21st minute, and the Golden Bears held on thanks in part to Cal sophomore goalkeeper David Bingham's five saves. Cal, which swept its rival in this year's two-game season series, improved its overall record to 9-8-1 (3-6-1 Pac-10). Stanford ended the regular season with a 10-5-2 record (4-4-2 Pac-10).
